Pete Bellisano
Pete is our fitness and health expert with an rich and indepth experience in body and weight management ( which we think Rohit needs the most) he is also an amazing coach and has a impressive line of almost 200 students in NJ who learn weight management, body conditioning and fitness. Pete trains the Seniors group @ Satrangi Studio in Edison and he believes that with hard work you can achieve everything. He is very active with the team and loves working with the kids and makes them work hard to tone up their body and to increase core strength.

Anu as we all call her manages the YOGA center of Satrangi and has been working professionally in the Corporate America for almost 20 years. She is a warm and loving person who believes that YOGA has the answer for all the pain and allergies in the world.
Pranayama (Rhythmic control of breath) is the biggest medicine of this world
Patanjali in his text of Yoga Sutras mentioned pranayama as means of attaining higher states of awareness, he mentions the holding of breath as important practice of reaching Samadhi.
Pranayama is control of Breath". "Prana" is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and "ayama" means control. So Pranayama is "Control of Breath". One can control the rhythms of pranic energy with pranayama and achieve healthy body and mind.
Breathing is life. It is one of our most vital functions. One of the Five Principles of Yoga is Pranayama or Breathing Exercise which promotes proper breathing. In a Yogic point of view, proper breathing is to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and to control Prana or the vital life energy. Pranayama Yoga also goes hand in hand with the Asanas. The union of these two Yogic Principles is considered as the highest form of purification and self-discipline, covering both mind and body.
After extensive research of the beneficial effects of Pranayama Yoga during last more than ten years, on millions of people in India, Swami Ramdevji has declared on Indian & International TV channels that it has been proved now that Yoga Pranayama (Breathing Technique Yoga) cures most of the diseases without Allopathic medicines or surgery.
Guru Ramdev Baba says that Pranayama Yoga is the complete Ancient Indian Therapy & Life Science, which is the Medical Science in itself that cures almost all of the Physical or Mental medical condition, without any side effects.

Based on Patanjali Yoga sutras and extensive research on benefits of Pranayam by great sages and Gurus, we have to avail the opportunity to practice pranayama yoga to maintain healthy body and mind.
I have been practising Yoga, which includes asanas and pranayama since past 20 years. I have been running pranayama yoga sessions to individuals since past 5 years.
I had learnt yoga from expert instructors. However, I had learnt the concepts of pranayama yoga and how to fit systematically in our daily activities from Great Guru Ramdev baba.
I teach seven breathing techniques and asanas that will help grow and balance body physically and mentally.
VOLUNTEER HOURS AND CHARITY WORK
We are a firm that believes in philanthropic activity and we do always work towards giving back to the community. Be it teaching dance to autistic kids or teaching dance to senior Citizens, Satrangi and its students have been working for past many years in delivering a service that gives back to the Community.
Some of the events/Activities we have done are:
EAST BRUNSWICK SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER DANCE SHOW 2008
We worked with a team of almost 30 dancers and we put together a 1 Hour dance show for the East Brunswick Senior Citizen Center. The event was very successful and we were moved by so many smiles and claps the members gave us during performance. The kids loved doing the show and they came back home with a sense of achievement.
March Of Dimes – 2004, 2006
We have been invited to perform for March Of Dimes on various occasions and we love performing the at an event that is there for such a noble cause. The events are usually highly successful and packed.
Edison Senior Citizen Center Dance cl-asses
We have taught dance to Edison Senior Citizen Center and loved the experience, the job was to make them move, and with a period of over 5 months we gave them weekly sessions free of cost to help them understand rhythm and dance and the folks at the ESCC loved us.
Handicap Drives –
Satrangi has done many shows supporting the cause of handicap patients in America and in India as well. Currently they are working on Sunil Anand Foundation Show that helps provide hands and legs to handicap people in Bihar, India
Book Donations –
Every December Satrangi manages a book donation drive where the kids are asked to donate books to orphan kids and also to poor kids. Every year we have boxes where we collect books and donate them during Christmas
TOYS FOR TOTS –
Satrangi has been donating toys for tots drive and loves being part of the Holidays and giving back to the community.
All students of Satrangi School Of Fusion get certificates of Volunteer Hours and Certificate of Appreciation when they undertake a specific charity or cause.
